They performed well cutting through the cords and beads which are actually hard steel cable and showed no signs of wear or damage. I found the Makita 723017 to be a very good quality blade. I bought them to cut up some large auto tires. Although not stated in the headline the blades are bi-metal and perform better than a regular blade. They are reasonably priced.
